職責(zé)描述：global job summary: engineer’s responsibilities include marketing survey, power system definition and verification, ic product development and debug, developing reference circuits, writing technical documents and reports, and providing application support and technical training. products are analog and digital power management ic’s, especially in high power ac/dc and isolated dc/dc power supply related applications
essential functions：
1. explore the market of high power ac/dc or isolated dc/dc power supplies; identify key customers, major competitions, key specs and requirements
2. analyze competition solutions, and leverage mps’s advantages on high voltage process, digital implementation, and power system architecture, to define leading products.
3. perform solid system and circuit level verifications.
4. work together with design, product and field teams to complete digital and analog ic development and debug.
5. application circuit development, technical document and report writing.
6. ic product promotion and support to field and key customers
任職要求：
1. msee or equivalent, major in power electronics or related, with 1+ years working experience, preferred in high power ac/dc or isolated dc/dc area.
2. comprehensive knowledge and good sense on power electronics, analog and digital circuits.
3. team player, open minded, responsible, and pursuit of excellence.
4. skilled in system modeling, simulation, hardware implementation, and issue analysis.
5. excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
