Group Support:
1. Schedule and organize team meetings, events, and morale activities
2. Logistic support on travel (oversea/domestic) for M2
3. Calendar management for M2
4. New employee Onboarding (Contact local IT to purchase PC/Confirm seating arrangement /Add the new employee to necessary group aliases/facilities arrangement)
5. Support Shanghai lab on the computer/hardware asset management and track
6. Pre-review all reimbursement reports submitted by employees
7. Implement department purchasing activities based on requirements; Place and close department POs; Track key spending to ensure within the budget
8. Logistics arrangement for global visitors
9. Team seating planning and coordinate team space move
10. Vendor (non-FTE) account operation
11. Team Distribution Lists maintenance
12. Other tasks as assigned by managers
Site Support:
1. Support Site Lead/PM on site activities logistics
2. Provide Site lead/PM team data and visitor info on regular basis
3. Work with Site lead/PM on team space needs
4. Other site level projects when needed
