1. 掌握市場動態(tài)及發(fā)展趨勢，成本利潤分析，制定銷售策略；
Understand market dynamics and development trends, analyze cost and profit, and formulate sales strategies;
2. 開發(fā)各類市場渠道，建立市場醫(yī)師轉(zhuǎn)診；
Develop various market channels and establish B-end referral;
3. 拜訪和開發(fā)各大公立醫(yī)院的醫(yī)師資源，并建立轉(zhuǎn)診渠道；
Visit and develop physician resources in major public hospitals, and build referral channels;
4. 制定銷售預(yù)算指標(biāo)，并完成銷售任務(wù)；
Develop sales budget targets and complete sales tasks;
5. 分析市場、挖掘客人需求，對市場產(chǎn)品及經(jīng)營策略提出有效見解；
Analyze the market, explore customer needs, and put forward effective opinions on market products and business strategies;
6. 規(guī)劃針對性的市場促銷的銷售方案，并協(xié)調(diào)各部門共同落實(shí)；
Plan the sales scheme of targeted marketing promotion and coordinate with all departments to implement it;
7. 制定渠道銷售工作的月度年度工作計(jì)劃并有總結(jié)；
Formulate monthly and annual work plans for channel sales and summarize them;
8. 配合其他市場部的工作內(nèi)容；

9. 完成上級交代的其他工作。
