職位描述:
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品手冊(cè)的編輯工作,包括對(duì)產(chǎn)品使用說明等資料進(jìn)行修訂和更新
2、負(fù)責(zé)與相關(guān)技術(shù)部門溝通并收集信息,及時(shí)反饋給上級(jí)
3、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品文檔整理歸檔,保證文檔完整無遺漏
文檔寫作工具為: Adobe InDesign和Author-it
The technical writer works with global project teams to create instruction manuals in English, and work with translation agencies to localize them in global languages.
Within this role, the technical writer plans and manages technical communications projects. They make sure that all the required information and assets are available to the technical writers, illustrators and translation agencies, that the project moves correctly through the schedule and budget, and that risks are settled or escalated as they occur.
Manage and monitor the process to create and deliver technical communications according to requirements from the project team. The responsibility covers the whole process, from order placement to final delivery.
Plan, assign, and prioritize requests. Make sure that the project briefing is clear.
Manage the review and approval of all output formats, including translation export, import and reporting.
Ensure that DTP activities and layout are following guidelines. Prepare files for online publishing or printing. Upload files for online.
Report project KPIs to Group Lead for consolidation.
Provide input on resource and timing requirements for new projects or when new DFU frameworks are defined.
