The main priorities of the position: Work with internal and external subject matter experts and operations to keep safety standards and training materials current, technically accurate and best in class. Partner with operations to deliver transparent audits that will assure adherence to Bunge values, standards and safety first culture. Maintain monthly metrics to track, trend, and measure safety performance from audits, incidents and proactive activities across the plants and Markets. Essential Deliverables： Define and communicate safety standards and practices Stay engaged with the latest safety trends, best practices including SIF prevention, and understand how to translate into effective standards and actions in Bunge operations Drive human and organizational performance (HOP) and critical risk management by incorporating the principals into our culture Ensure audit process is effective at identifying the adequacy of high potential exposure (SIF precursor) control through a combination of physical observations, leadership effectiveness analysis and employee interviews at industrial operation locations Active member of the Asia Safety and global safety standards and auditing network team Monitor methods and make recommendations to improve safety audit corrective action tracking and ensure system provides information to operational and safety leaders on effective closure of audit findings Challenge teams and individual employees to improve safety practices Ensure standardized HPE training materials and tools are provided to the plants Manage the EHS talent pipeline and development program Responsible for managing the proactive and reactive monthly safety reports Be prepared to actively participate, lead, or support serious incident investigation process.
