Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to source, assess and select right talents, mainly responsible manager and above positions
- Lead talent mapping for critical positions and build external talent pool through strategic sourcing, build the talent pipeline from market
- Manage the selection, presentation, negotiation, offer, closing and administrative aspects involved in full-lifecycle recruiting
- Attract, identify candidates with a variety of recruitment methodologies and explore recruitment channels based on business needs
- Screen, interview and assess candidates to provide qualified candidate shortlists and candidate insight for hiring managers
- Utilize all kinds of hiring reports/dashboards, and other tools and data to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and analyze results
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes, tools, and reporting
- Keep close communication and cooperation with business departments to ensure recruitment activities are carried out smoothly
- Ensure compliance with all of company’s recruitment and selections policies and processes, contributing to the development of these as required
- Build relationships with institutions and third-party vendors
- Improving team efficiency by analyzing recruitment behavior and data
- Support and complete other projects assigned by Talent Center Head
Qualifications and Technical Competencies Required:
-Bachelor or above
- With team management experience
- 5 year or above work experience in HR function and have specialized competence in recruiting
- HR management experience with multinational companies, FMCG experience is preferred
- A good understanding of the role of HR in the business and able to work proactively and independently
- Have excellent communication skills, can fluently report and communicate in both English and Chinese
- Strong execution, good learning ability
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Be able to work under high pressure
