For critical Projects: Definition of measures to achieve the targets in alignment with the PMQ Project Coordinators · Implementation of Lessons Learned activities to continuously improve the Preventive Quality and release production processes. Coordination of those activities in alignment with other Bosch functions and locations. · Generate data and report those during Quality- or Escalation meetings worldwide (internal/external) Qualifications - Experience in Quality, Project Management, Production or Development - Experiences in the dedicated material fields (design, quality, manufacturing processes) - Solid knowledge in automotive quality tools and problem solving methodologies - High interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, motivation and assertiveness - Sound IT knowledge (MS Office and SAP) - Willingness to travel (inside and outside the home country) - Fluent English (oral and in writing) - Fluent Mandarin (oral and in writing)
