Monitor operational performance scorecards (Cost, Quality, Delivery) to ensure effective corrective actions are implemented for all performance misses ? Responsible for resolution of Customer concerns as related to Cost, Quality, Delivery, Communication etc. ? Facilitate communication between all functional areas within a location / business group ? Manage CSMP corrective actions and improvement plans ? Support information gathering for RFQ’s ? Sales Order process, entry and maintenance, Miscellaneous Billing ? New Product Introduce lead, implement and delivery The experience we’re looking to add to our team: ? Bachelor’s degree ? Above 1 year working experience of program administrator on EMS field ?
