1. General Position Summary:
Responsible for managing and handling all finance operations in Nantong Plant. Records and supervises the company's financial activities, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reports. Also responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and development. Is a member of the plant management team.

2. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
? Responsible for accurately recording and classifying the company's financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
? Prepares and analyses financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
? Manages and supervises the company's accounting procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
? Provides financial analysis and advice to support management decision-making and business development.
? Monitors and controls the company's financial resources and costs in accordance with the company's budget and financial plans.
? Assists in audit work, collaborates with auditors to ensure smooth audit procedures.
? Tracks and interprets changes and trends in financial data, and propose improvement measures and suggestions.
? Familiarize and comply with relevant financial regulations and laws, such as tax laws and accounting standards.
3. Specific Job Skills:
? Numerical capability.
? Full understanding of US GAAP and P.R.C accounting practices.
? Familiarity with financial statement preparation and analysis, proficient in financial software and spreadsheets.
? Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work attitude, attention to detail and accuracy.
? Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to think independently and propose innovative solutions.
? Good time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks and projects.
? Strong capability to read, writes, speak and understand English and Mandarin.
? Good leadership skills, ability to actively participate in team development and team-oriented processes and motivate.
4. Education and/or Experience:
? Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
? At least 5 years’ experience in finance management position in sizeable US base manufacturing firm.
? Certified professional accountant (CPA) qualification preferred.
