Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
? Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
? Work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables
? Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
? Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
? Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
Required Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related computer field with advanced experience.
? Desired Technical Expertise:
? Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux based programming
? Experience in object oriented design methodology
? Experience in programming languages like C, C (3 years above) and scripting languages such as Python/Shell/batch(1 years above)
? Familiar Graphical User Interface design by Qt library
? Working knowledge in configuration management tools such as Gitlab/SVN
? IDE Experience: Visual Studio Code and Qt Creator
? Prior work experience in an agile environment, or introductory training on Lean/Agile. Aware of and able to apply continuous integration (CI)
? Desired Characteristics:
? Effective team building abilities
? Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with technical issues
