The Role:
Take part in the implementation of a highly optimized BA system
Work closely with PM to take the product from concept to customer release
Ensure the highest level of quality for deliverables

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, EE or similar technical field
At least 5 years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and
related technology applications.
Familiar with communication protocols in the building industry (such as
BACnet, Modbus).
Proficient in configuring and applying DDC controllers.
Strong hands-on skills, able to quickly resolve technical issues and
implement system improvements.
Experience in building control system integration or project
implementation.
Capable of developing and debugging scripts in Linux or Windows
environments independently.
Relevant technical support experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with teams
and clients.
Good English reading, writing, and speaking skills, capable of handling
English technical documentation and communicating with external teams.

熟悉樓宇自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)（BAS）及相關(guān)技術(shù)應(yīng)用。
熟悉樓宇行業(yè)相關(guān)通訊協(xié)議（如BACnet、Modbus）。
熟練掌握DDC控制器的配置及應(yīng)用。
熟悉常用編程語言（C/C ，python）
較強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手能力，能夠快速解決技術(shù)問題并實(shí)施系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)。
優(yōu)秀的溝通能力，能夠與團(tuán)隊(duì)和客戶進(jìn)行有效協(xié)作。
英語讀寫及口語能力良好，能夠處理英文技術(shù)文檔及與外部團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通。
有樓宇控制系統(tǒng)集成或項(xiàng)目實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn),有比較豐富的現(xiàn)場調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)和手段。
具備Linux或Windows腳本開發(fā)能力，能夠獨(dú)立編寫及調(diào)試腳本。
具有相關(guān)技術(shù)支持工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
