5.對(duì)生成進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化以增強(qiáng)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率
Carry out the improvement and optimization on assembly process to enhance productivity.
6.參與生成成本優(yōu)化，縮短節(jié)拍和減少裝配缺陷。
Participation in the production cost optimization via shorten the assembly cycle time and eliminate assembly defects.
7.制訂詢價(jià)項(xiàng)目的工藝方案報(bào)價(jià)
Work out the process quotation for RFQ
8.對(duì)特殊設(shè)備及相關(guān)夾具，在供應(yīng)商處進(jìn)行預(yù)驗(yàn)收和場(chǎng)內(nèi)終驗(yàn)收
Hold pre-acceptance in supplier and final acceptance in plant for special machine and related jigs
9.跟蹤工廠內(nèi)的試生產(chǎn)，確認(rèn)特殊設(shè)備及相關(guān)工裝夾具的適用性
Follow up the pre-production in plant, confirm the availability of special machine and related jigs
10.制訂特殊設(shè)備及相關(guān)工裝夾具的操作指導(dǎo)書, 自主保全基準(zhǔn)書，點(diǎn)檢表
Work out the instruction of operation, self preservation reference book, spot inspection sheet for special machine and related jigs

Requirements:
1.精通裝配工藝，如塑料或者金屬焊接，零件裝配和相關(guān)測(cè)試
Proficient in the assembly process, such as plastic or metallic welding, components assembly and relevant test
2.熟悉機(jī)械和電氣設(shè)計(jì)
Familiar with mechanical and electric design

5.大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷
