Job Responsibilities:
1、Providing English technical support and after-sales services to global users via phone calls, emails, or product software.
2、Collecting user feedback, promptly analyzing, summarizing, and processing the information received.
3、Handling complaints from overseas customers.
4、Collaborating with the product technology department and supplier product after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1、Hold a College English Test Band 4 (CET4) certificate or above, with strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills. Priority given to English majors or those from engineering backgrounds with equivalent English proficiency.
2、Possess strong communication skills, patience, and emotional stability.
3、Be proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel.
4、Complete daily tasks assigned by supervisors, including document translation and writing.
5、Willing to work in a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.
