Mission:
- Material Source, Inventory control
Areas of Responsibility:
- Create PO according to demand and ensure 100% material availability for production and delivery. Make sure purchase database always be timely updated to guarantee correct output from SAP. Return of NC parts if necessary.
- Procurement of materials and services to satisfy financial, quality and on-time-delivery requirements, and control the material inventory within budget
- Work together with CFT on supplier management, find innovative solution to optimize inventory level
- Strong support company's projects and ECO. Support company's Hoshin Kanri targets.
-Bonded Material management, coordinate with Customs Team, balance the Customs Handbook on quantity and place bonded importation instruction according to sales order type
Requirement:
- With at least 2 years experience of Logistic, better understand the international trade
- Familiar with procurement process. Good understanding on mass production material flow logic at plant.
- Strong sense of responsibilities for purchase orders following up and in time arrival. Ensure in time material supply to production line.
- Familiar with SAP operation, familiar with MRP logic, familiar with BOM/Forecast structure and analysis.
- Strong sense of inventory control, have good control on the balance of material supply flexibility and inventory control
- Close follow up on payment with suppliers .Strong sense of establishing good mutual relationship with suppliers.
- Good communication skills and team work spirits. Strong self motivation. 能熟練使用馬蜂盯標(biāo)進(jìn)行招標(biāo)采購類信息查詢
