Implement service network planning, acquisition, exit and improvement policy according HQ CP management strategy.


3.日常輔導(dǎo)網(wǎng)點,指導(dǎo)和規(guī)范網(wǎng)點管理工作，達到BSH要求的網(wǎng)點服務(wù)技能
Daily guiding for CP on service SOP to meet the requirement from BSH HQ.


4.分析、評估及提升網(wǎng)點的服務(wù)績效，持續(xù)提高質(zhì)量和顧客滿意度
Analysis, evaluation and enhance CP service performance, to improve service quality and consumer satisfaction.


5.支持區(qū)域網(wǎng)點的營銷能力提升，推動網(wǎng)點達成營收目標并獲得更高收益
Improve CP sales and proved necessary support, enhance CP to achieve sales target and gain a higher benefit.


6.反饋網(wǎng)點賦能和培訓需求，并協(xié)調(diào)組織培訓

職位要求：
Job Profile：


1.大專及以上學歷，至少3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
College and above, at least 3 years working experience.

2.至少1年領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力及項目經(jīng)驗。
At least 1 year Leadership Experience and Project Experience
