To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Engineer located in Jiading Shanghai.
For Electrical: Maintains and troubleshoots in-circuit and functional testers, associated test fixtures, stress chambers and chamber racks to ensure manufacturing test equipment is on-line.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Equipment Maintenance Engineer role involves…
What a typical day looks like:
? Through troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions and isolates the failure mechanism.
? Repairs the failure mechanism in the most cost-effective manner.
? Performs preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules.
? Performs calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules.
? Assists process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment.
? Researches and implements corrective action reports and process tracking mechanisms.
? Records times and problems in equipment logs.
? Provides daily equipment functioning activity information.
? Sets up standard and special purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate and calibrate other instruments and test equipment.
? Disassembles instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects.
? Aligns repairs, replaces, and balances component parts and circuitry.
? Devises formulas to solve problems in measurements and calibrations.
? Assists engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment.
? May require travel to other Flex sites or equipment vendors' locations.
? Highest level may perform both software and hardware maintenance.
? Allocating work to a team of fitters.
? Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
? Fitting new parts.
? Carrying out quality inspections.
? Acknowledging immediately to equipment breakdowns.
? Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed.
? Keeping production managers informed of progress.
? Organizing teams or unipersonal to make sure that 24-hour cover is available.
? Working on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or computerized systems
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
? Typically requires an associate degree or above in related field, military technical training or equivalent education and training.
? Preferable major is electronic and/or mechanical engineering.
? Typically requires 5 years of related experience.
? 2-3 years working experience in production with electronic products knowledge of electrical instruments i.e. tests instruments and fixtures within electronic production.
? Good IT knowledge, MS office skills.
? Good skill in reading, writing English, speaking English will be a plus.

- 編制和更新設(shè)備維護(hù)記錄與技術(shù)文檔
- 協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)完成設(shè)備性能優(yōu)化與升級方案的制定與實(shí)施
【任職要求】
- 大專及以上學(xué)歷，電子工程、自動化或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景
- 5-10年設(shè)備維護(hù)或電子測試相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備較強(qiáng)實(shí)操能力
- 熟悉電子儀器儀表的使用，了解常見電子電路原理與故障診斷方法
- 英語：能書面閱讀設(shè)備儀器材料
- 會使用MS office軟件
- 如遇設(shè)備緊急故障搶修，可參與現(xiàn)場作業(yè)
