1. M.S. or B.S. in electronics or semiconductor; background in statistics and reliability theory is a plus; 電子/半導(dǎo)體相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，統(tǒng)計學(xué)及可靠性相關(guān)知識背景;
