YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the company's business strategy; 執(zhí)行公司業(yè)務策略;
Effective customer management, reasonably arrange academic visits, and ensure correct delivery of product information; 有效的客戶管理,合理安排學術拜訪、確保正確的傳遞產品信息;
Independently organize academic meetings, ensuring compliance with company processes during the meetings; 獨立組織學術會議,確保依據公司流程合規(guī)執(zhí)行會議;
Participate in and support various business projects of the company, ensuring successful execution of projects; 參與和支持公司的各項業(yè)務項目,確保項目落地執(zhí)行;
Support collaboration within the team, across teams, product lines, and departments; 支持團隊內、跨團隊和跨產品線,跨部門合作;
Provide truthful and accurate business information feedback, supporting necessary updates of daily operational data; 提供真實準確的 業(yè)務信息反饋,支持必要的日常運營的數據更新;
Attend necessary business training, product knowledge training, compliance training, etc., and complete required professional competency assessments. 參加公司必要的業(yè)務培訓和產品知識培訓,合規(guī)培訓等,完成必要的專業(yè)能力考核。
WHO YOU ARE
University degree and above, major in Medicine; 本科及以上學歷,醫(yī)藥相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
One year ( /-) of working experience in pharmaceutical area; 一定的相關工作經驗;
Good business acumen and learning agility; 具有良好的業(yè)務敏銳度、學習能力;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive; 良好的溝通能力及人際關系能力、影響力;
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with medical experts in medical field; 有和醫(yī)學領域專家建立并保持良好的信任和學術關系的能力;
Strong innovation and exploration capabilities; 良好的創(chuàng)新,開拓能力;
Self-motivated, willing to take on challenging work under pressure; 良好的自我激勵能力,愿意在壓力下承擔挑戰(zhàn)性的工作;
Speech skills, good coordination and organization skills. 掌握演講技巧,良好的協(xié)調及組織能力。

WHO YOU ARE
