Job Description:
The RTR Accountant will support the Record to Report (RTR) JP processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in financial reporting. This role includes assisting in month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and providing support to senior accountants and finance teams lead or stakeholder in achieving operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
61Execution of month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
61Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
61Support compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
61Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes.
61Participate in kinds of finance project, such as ERP migration
61Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
61Participate in audit activities by providing necessary documentation and support.
Qualifications:
61Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
615 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in RTR.
61Proficient with Japanese both listening and speaking
61Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting processes.
61Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
61Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
