Factory Director Job Description I. Basic Information - Position Name: Factory Director - Department: Operations Department - Direct Superior: CEO (Headquarters) - Subordinate Departments: Production, Quality, Equipment, Technology, Logistics, Safety and other departments. II. Position Overview Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the engine cylinder block and head processing enterprise. Develop and implement the enterprise operation strategy, optimize the production process, ensure product quality and delivery cycle, control operation costs, improve the overall operation efficiency and market competitiveness of the enterprise, and achieve the enterprise's business objectives and sustainable development. III. Job Responsibilities (I) Strategic Planning and Execution - Develop the operation strategy, medium - and long - term development plans and annual operation plans for the engine cylinder block and head processing business based on the company's overall strategic goals, and promote their implementation. - Regularly evaluate and adjust the implementation of the operation strategy and plans to ensure that the enterprise's operation direction is consistent with market demands and the company's strategy.
