Manage Wholesaler Information for Sales Activity ? Manage Customer Master ? Manage Vendor Master ? Reconcile Expense Claimed via DAG system and Manage Budget ? Create Journal Entry for OBC Vehicle Transport Fee ? Create Journal Entry for Distribution Center Operation Expenses ? Perform Registration of Liquor Vehicle Permission ? Perform Registration of W/S Vehicle into Internal system ? Draft equipment order creation and change via SAP ? Generate AR Balance Confirmation Letter ? Project support under team leader’s requirement ? Communicating with all related parties to solve task related issues to proceed ? Other tasks assigned by team leader Qualifications Education ? Bachelor’s degree or above required ? Logistics, business administration or related disciplines preferred Experience/Technical competencies ? Native Korean and intermediate English ? 1~3 years customer service/ order management/ logistics/ forwarding/sales experience required ? Must accept flexible holidays resulted from holiday difference between CN and KR ? ERP or SAP experience ? Proactive and outgoing ? Keen on the service level ? Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset ? Able to thrive in a high stress environment ?
