Location: 廣東省廣州市天河區(qū)天河路208號粵海天河城大廈
Working Mode: Full time
Travel: 50% domestic (project base)
A Snapshot of Your Day
Analyze logistics frame conditions such as import/export transport, customer contracts, and certificates. Coordinate closely with the ECC department to request and summarize commodity codes and clearance documents. Prepare commercial invoices and other documents for customs clearance, working closely with internal colleagues. Facilitate communication between vendors, project managers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery and logistics arrangements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
● Analyze logistics frame conditions (import and export transport, customer contract, certificates, dangerous goods etc.)
● Request for summarized commodity codes/HS code/import license relative document of clearance ,coordinate with ECC department closely.
● Prepare documents accompanying the goods commercial invoice to coordinate internal colleague for customs clearance of import
