About The Team
We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket Division at our location in Shanghai.
What you can look forward to as Product Management, BL PC Shocks China:
● Creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans for respective product lines to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/customer requirements in IAM according to GDPEP and OP/SP targets.
● Ensuring sales readiness for NPIs (New Product Introduction), including price, stock, aftermarket portal, cross-referencing, etc.
● Keeping product master data up to date internally and externally, ensuring product information is visible for the market.
● Proactively screening the portfolio, identifying exclusivity and roadblocks, and releasing OE conversion products where required.
● Managing change (PLM, DCN, ECN, SCN) in the respective portfolio.
● Coordinating cross-referencing against competitors and OE with Product Information Management to guarantee customer range demands are fulfilled.
● Acting as the point of contact for the Customer Service Desk to process range, product, and commercial-related requests from customers.
● Engaging with customers regarding product portfolio expansion, including respective business case preparation and stakeholder alignments.
● Being responsible for Shock Absorbers and related products.
● Handling other tasks as required.
Your Profile as Product Management, BL PC Shocks China:
● Experience in engineering, product/project management, specification, and development processes.
● Fluency in Chinese and English.
● Technical, commercial, and market know-how for PC Shock Absorbers and related parts.
● Familiarity with and experience in the Chinese Independent Aftermarket (IAM) (market structure, market players, etc.).
● ZF/LEMFOERDER/SACHS/TRW/WABCO brand experience or know-how is beneficial.
