Working scope:
Purified water system
Compressed air/Nitrogen/Vacuum system
Clean steam system
Process hot/chilling/cooling water system
Waste water treatment system
Pest control
Space cleaning
Mission:
Take responsible for facility re-start up and qualification(IQ,OQ,PQ, Re-qualification).
Conduct routine system maintenance.
Deal with emergency trouble shooting and accident immediately even on night duty.
Continuously optimize system performance.
Continuously initiate cost saving solution on OPEX.
Provide feasibility study (technical, timeline, cost, risk) on facility innovation.
Manage spare parts inventory and OPEX forecast.
Manage equipment external suppliers and in-house maintenance technicians.
Record GMP document faithfully, such as alarm log/maintenance report/repair record…
Education and Experience
5~8 years related working experience on pharmaceutical/medical device/IVD industry
5~8 years experience on facility operation
Engineering bachelor
Purified water system
