Administrative Support: Assist the Marketing Director with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, business travelling, correspondence, and documentation management.
Process Management: Handle approvals and processes related to the marketing team, ensuring compliance and timely execution of tasks.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Activity Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities like internal/external conference, workshop, team building, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
Communication: Maintain effective communication within the marketing team and with other departments, ensuring information flow and alignment.
Support Other Tasks: Provide support for necessary marketing projects and initiatives as needed
職位要求:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Fluent English in verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently
