Overview:
The BD Support role assists the regional and international business development teams in lead qualification, proposal coordination, and client engagement logistics. This position ensures the smooth progression of business opportunities and seamless collaboration between the China and Singapore offices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in preparing sales presentations, commercial proposals, and RFI/RFQ responses.
· Maintain and update key BD assets such as pitch decks, case studies, and reference documents.
·
· Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
· Maintain and update CRM systems and track business development pipelines.
· Coordinate with internal departments for document compilation and translation.
· Liaise with Singapore BD and project teams to align local deliverables with global strategies.
· Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients and partners.
· Translate and proofread English-Chinese documents, including proposals and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
· 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business coordination, or marketing assistance, preferably in a B2B tech or aviation-related company.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
· Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and productivity platforms.
· Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with aviation industry terminologies or smart airport technologies.
· Experience working with international teams.
· Design or layout skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) are a plus.
