Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical coordination of new products, including assembly and debugging in accordance with design drawings.
Lead the detection of process issues for new products, summarize process problems, and organize relevant personnel for process optimization.
Responsible for the creation of new product process documents (SOP, process debugging record forms, PFMEA, DOE, critical process verification).
Provide timely solutions and technical support for quality issues, technical issues, and abnormal problems of new products.
Responsible for improving product packaging design to enhance the stability of product transportation.
Conduct technical training for workshop operators.
Continuously optimize the process route for new products to improve production efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing and Technology. Training Experience:
Has participated in training related to process design and improvement, lean implementation, PFMEA, etc. Work Experience:
Approximately 3 years of work experience in the process aspect of the medical, OEM, or optical industries. Skills and Proficiencies:
Proficient in AUTO-CAD, SolidWorks drafting software.
Outgoing personality, honest and upright, meticulous and serious in work, strong in principles.
