61 Process HR transactions related to employee onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment status, and other HR-related activities.
61 Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
61 Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
61 Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing.
61 Support payroll-related activities, including time and attendance tracking, payroll processing, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.
61 Stay informed about HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
61 Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the efficiency of shared services operations.
61 Maintain accurate records of HR transactions and inquiries.
61 Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor shared services performance and identify trends.
61 Process invoices, distribution lists, expense reports inside HR department
61 Apply special working hours
61 Manage additional assignments /projects from Team Leader
YOU MUST HAVE
61 5 years of experience in HR shared services or a similar HR support role
61 Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software applications.
61 Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
61 Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
