作為貿(mào)易合規(guī)專員，您將支持公司在中國的貿(mào)易合規(guī)運營，確保所有進出***動符合中國及美國相關法規(guī)要求，特別是在出口管控、許可管理和流程執(zhí)行方面發(fā)揮關鍵作用。
As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you will support the company’s trade compliance operations in China, ensuring all import and export activities comply with both Chinese and U.S. regulations, with a strong focus on export control, license management, and process execution.

主要職責包括但不限于 ｜ Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
支持中國本地出口管控法規(guī)（如《兩用物項和技術進出口管理條例》）的執(zhí)行，確保合規(guī)性；
Support the implementation and compliance with Chinese export control regulations (e.g., Regulations on the Administration of the Import and Export of Dual-Use Items and Technologies).

協(xié)助準備并提交中國及美國政府相關部門的出口許可申請，包括商務部、海關總署、BIS等；
Assist in preparing and submitting export license applications to Chinese and U.S. authorities.

管理并維護所有貿(mào)易合規(guī)相關記錄，確保符合監(jiān)管要求及公司內(nèi)部政策；
Maintain and manage trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

跟蹤并報告貿(mào)易合規(guī)活動的狀態(tài)、指標和趨勢，支持合規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)分析；
Track and report the status, metrics, and trends of trade compliance activities to support data-driven compliance management.

協(xié)調(diào)國際貿(mào)易合規(guī)團隊與本地業(yè)務部門之間的溝通，制定高效的出口/進口授權方案；
Coordinate with the global trade compliance team and local business units to develop efficient export/import authorization strategies.

就中國和美國的貿(mào)易合規(guī)事務提供專業(yè)建議，包括許可判定、授權使用、條件管理等；
Provide expert advice on Chinese and U.S. trade compliance matters, including license determination, authorization usage, and proviso management.

提供關于出口管制法規(guī)的培訓，提升員工合規(guī)意識；
Deliver training on export control regulations to enhance compliance awareness across the organization.

識別并推動流程優(yōu)化，提升合規(guī)效率和風險控制能力；
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency and risk mitigation.

參與并在需要時主導合規(guī)相關項目或?qū)ｍ棇彶椋?br />Participate in and, when appropriate, lead compliance-related projects or audits.

任職資格 ｜ Qualifications
本科及以上學歷，法律、國際貿(mào)易、供應鏈或相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Law, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.

至少3年貿(mào)易合規(guī)相關工作經(jīng)驗，具備中國出口管控法規(guī)及流程執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗；
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trade compliance, with hands-on experience in Chinese export control regulations and process execution.

熟悉美國出口管制法規(guī)（ITAR、EAR）及OFAC制裁規(guī)定；
Familiarity with U.S. export control regulations (ITAR, EAR) and OFAC sanctions.

熟悉中國出口許可申請流程及相關系統(tǒng)（如商務部出口管制平臺）；
Knowledge of Chinese export licensing procedures and platforms (e.g., MOFCOM export control system).

有MOFCOM、BIS許可等申請和管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
Experience with MOFCOM and BIS licensing is a plus.

中英文流利，具備良好的跨文化溝通能力；
Fluent in both Chinese and English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
