崗位職責(zé):
1. Deep knowing designer’s idea and develop samples, ensure development picked for collections ratio.
2. Grasp fashion trend, deep understanding of fabric knowledge and production technology.
3. Obtain and follow-up orders, supervise the implementation of contract.
4. Effective communication and cooperation with suppliers, make sure all the details are aligned with our requirements, such as pattern, color, fabric, price etc.
5. Ensure on time delivery, 1st time quality check pass rate achieve company standards.
6. Manage current supplier's quality, including evaluate the supplier's quality, random check production line and technology.
7. Cost control, use the most cost effective way to achieve good quality, ensure gross profit margin.
8. Keep strong attention on sales growth and sales achievement, analyze sales report and make out timely reaction.
9. Ensure in-season repeat achieve company standards, including repeat rate, sell through rate and lead-time.
10. Continue improve self-skill both hard skill and soft skill.
11. Other related work.
