崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities:
1.根據(jù)總部的品牌策略、各國本身的品牌發(fā)展進程、市場環(huán)境,進行各個國家的品牌發(fā)展策略的制定,以及進行各個國家地區(qū)線上線下項目的設(shè)計及內(nèi)外部資源整合,資源包括:媒體、政府關(guān)系、廣告公司、公關(guān)公司、MCN、公益組織等,提升品牌整體市場聲量以及品牌在B端和C端的美譽度;
Based on the headquarters' brand strategy, local brand development stages, and market conditions of each country, develop and execute tailored brand development strategies for respective markets. This includes designing integrated online and offline initiatives and consolidating internal and external resources—including media, government relations, advertising agencies, PR firms, MCNs, and non-profit organizations—to enhance the brand's overall market presence and strengthen its reputation among both B2B and B2C audiences.
2.獨立進行整合行銷活動策劃(含線上及線下),做到PDCA (Plan Do Check Act);
Mentor brand supervisors and lead end-to-end PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) management for integrated marketing campaigns across online/offline channels.
3.根據(jù)品牌主攻平臺,統(tǒng)籌各線上平臺社交媒體矩陣,平臺包括但不限于:Instagram、Google、臉書、抖音、youtube等;
Based on the brand's primary target platforms, oversee and manage the social media matrix across various online channels, including but not limited to: Instagram, Google, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube..
4.各個國家以及地區(qū)的品牌形象的嚴(yán)格把控。確保品牌形象的一以貫之,同時有效地進行在地化。
Oversee the brand image across various countries and regions. Ensure consistent implementation of the brand identity while effectively executing localization.
5.日常預(yù)算管理能力以及單項目預(yù)算管理,確保全年度品牌預(yù)算控制在合理范圍之內(nèi);
Responsible for annual budgets and project financial tracking to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
6.主要負責(zé)東南亞板塊。
Responsible for Southeast Asia.
任職資格Requirements and Qualifications:
1.學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上學(xué)歷,廣告、設(shè)計、商學(xué)專業(yè);海外留學(xué)背景優(yōu)先考慮
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Advertising, Design, Business Administration, or related fields.
2.工作經(jīng)驗要求:有品牌宣傳或市場相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗;
Experience: Has a background in brand communication and marketing-related roles,strong aesthetic judgment and resource networks.
3.專業(yè)能力:熟悉活動策劃執(zhí)行,具備全媒體運營、營銷傳播、危機公關(guān)、品牌推廣、項目統(tǒng)籌跟進等復(fù)合工作能力;熟悉傳統(tǒng)公關(guān)及新媒體推廣手段,對當(dāng)下線上、線下品牌推廣活動內(nèi)容的策劃有深入研究;
