A Snapshot of Your Day
Drive financial operations and reporting excellence by managing AR/AP and FCF processes, supporting decision-making, and improving efficiency through collaboration and continuous optimization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Daily Operations:
● Handle daily financial operations related to FCF management, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), staff reimbursement review, bank reconciliation, and foreign exchange reporting etc.
● Ensure smooth execution of month-end closing activities, including bookings, balance sheet checks, GR/IR review, etc.
● Provide professional financial analysis and advice on AR/AP/FCF to support key decision-making.
● Collaborate closely with the OM team and other relevant departments to ensure effective communication and process alignment.
Reporting and Planning:
● Prepare financial reports and analysis: deliver monthly reports on time with high quality, including insightful comments and alerts.
● Responsible for annual budgeting and monthly financial forecasting, including AR/AP and liquidity planning.
● Perform forecast deviation analysis to continuously improve forecast accuracy.
Other Responsibilities:
● Support audit-related activities: prepare documentation and provide audit evidence etc.
● Support risk management, internal controls, and compliance-related activities.
● Drive process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimization initiatives (e.g., automation and digital tools).
● Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
What You Bring
● Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or related fields.
● Experience with SAP is a plus.
● Experience in MNC is preferred.
● Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
● Positive attitude, proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
● Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
● Open-minded and eager to learn, with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
