Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Descriptions: A financial analyst is responsible for a wide range of activities including gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results, making forecasts and projections, and making recommendations.
Comments:
Knows how to retrieve GCR revenue, Cost and HC performance from various Microsoft systems: MS Sales, MS People, Mercury, AHR, Finhub, MSXi, Revenue Plan Cube, Fusion CDS, HC Hub,PBC etc.
Develop AI solution for GCR Finance reporting: extending current REX DB usage or migrating to new platforms such as PBI.
Be able to upgrade or update the report structure to align with FY26 priorities
Take ownership of the following tasks, and be able to deliver HC ramping report, GCR productivity report, people cost report and make projection and be able to track accuracy.
Be able to coordinate and collaborate with the other CS to work out the Monthly Outlook forecast.

- 熟練使用Power BI，有Power BI數(shù)據分析師認證證書優(yōu)先；
- 數(shù)據分析能力強，掌握Python、SQL優(yōu)先；
勞動合同：和北京外企人力資源服務有限公司簽訂派遣用工形式，2年；
工作地點：北京市海淀區(qū)丹棱街5號 微軟
工作時間：9:00-18:00
薪資福利：稅前15-22K/月，五險一金（全額，公積金12%），補充醫(yī)療保險、人身意外險、帶薪年假、帶薪病假、午餐補助
