61 Covers the technical topics in product mass production stage
61 Support product owner and quality management team, act as technical topics owner and answer for engineering topics such as risk assessment, problem solving, root cause study, data analysis and result providing
61 Provide technical comment in global simultaneous engineering (SE) teams meeting
61 Lead or be the key member in the technical topics task force team
61 Coordinate change management in series products
61 Technical support to customer request
61 Join product project team in the product development phase, support engineering topics like characterization or analysis topics etc…
Job Qualification:
61 Bachelor degree (or higher) in Semiconductor or Microelectronics related field, Master degree or higher degree is preferred
61 At least 3 years engineering related work experience in Semiconductor
61 Good English in written and verbal
61 Good experience at problem solving and risk mitigation in engineering
61 Capability of deep research and study on an engineering topic
61 Familiar with data analytics, experience with Spotfire is a plus
61 Familiar with semiconductor technology and processes (Fab, Assembly, Test)
61 Familiar with MEMS technology and products?
61 Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor/MEMS products, like JEDEC standard
61 Self-motivated, good communication skills and team spirit
61 Ability to work in an international team and work in a cross-function team
61 Willingness to travel (mainly within Asia, but also to HQ in Germany)
