Responsibilities 工作職責(zé):
? Provide order process support in segment such as customer data recording, contract negotiation, delivery tracking and payment condition, etc. 協(xié)助銷售進(jìn)行訂單處理工作包括客戶信息收集,合同協(xié)商,發(fā)貨跟蹤和付款情況等。
? Coordinates customer visits of global colleagues and VIPs and supports the sales with application assistance, campaign inquiries, and problem resolution. 協(xié)助和安排國(guó)外同事和VIP的客戶拜訪,支持銷售的應(yīng)用支持,活動(dòng)需求和處理基本問(wèn)題。
? Regularly organize internal sales meeting and produce or assist with production of sales and management reports. 協(xié)助做好部門會(huì)務(wù)安排,會(huì)前準(zhǔn)備、會(huì)議記錄和會(huì)后內(nèi)容報(bào)告工作。
? Collaborate with Service and Marketing organization and monitoring of service issues, marketing activities and metrics for sales leads, from generation through to closure by the sales teams. 和售后部門,市場(chǎng)等公司其他部門合作,全程協(xié)助跟蹤售后服務(wù)事宜,市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)和銷售機(jī)會(huì)。
? Required to support sales in bidding work and handle commercial issues and assist with bidding documents and other preparation. 支持銷售的投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目,協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備商務(wù)事宜和投標(biāo)文件。
? Provide assistance to management team of Segment on all aspects of the business. 輔助部門管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的所有商務(wù)事宜。
Qualifications 職位要求:
? 3 year relevant experience in an industry within a services sales/business environment for entry to this level. 3年相關(guān)銷售助理/商務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? Bachelor degree is must and engineering education background is preferred. 至少本科學(xué)歷,工科教育背景優(yōu)先考慮。
? Proficiency with the MS Office suite of tools. 精通MS Office 工具 。
? IT literate; comfortable with data and business reporting, proficiency with Excel, PPT. 懂IT基本知識(shí),能適應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)處理和報(bào)告的工作, 熟練應(yīng)用Excel, PPT。
? Being conscientious, initiative and diligent with daily work. 對(duì)待工作認(rèn)真,主動(dòng)和勤奮。
