Job Description:
? Report to ITKG China GM, work location: Wuxi
? Leading customer project management and engineering team
? Be responsible for e-mobility engineering service business
Job Qualification:
? 10 years' work experience in the automotive field, cross experience in engineering, project management and sales function is preferred.
? Strong engineering background in MBD software development with regards to e-mobility control system or other vehicle electrical system.
? Good skills at presenting, convincing, negotiation and providing technical solutions.
? Positive attitude, pragmatism, and a focus on solutions
? Self-reliant and target oriented
? Problem-solving thinking as well as confident appearance in the customer environment
? Entrepreneurship, responsible-minded and determined
? Excellent communication skills and intercultural experience
? Collaborative with different functions and departments ? Fluent in English
