Responsibilities / 核心職責

Provide full-cycle daily HR support, Key duties included driving
recruitment cycles, administering employee onboarding/offboarding, processing
internal transfers, and managing probationary assessments to support workforce
stability and policy adherence.
提供南京工廠日常HR全流程的工作支持。主要職責包括:跟蹤招聘周期、協(xié)助員工入職/離職手續(xù)、處理內部調動及員工試用期評估,以支持勞動力穩(wěn)定和政策合規(guī)。

Orchestrated
and supported the implementation of local HR initiatives and time-sensitive
tasks at the plant level, including comprehensive management of client audit
preparations and emergency response coordination.
統(tǒng)籌支持工廠本地人力資源工作的規(guī)劃落地與臨時性任務的高效執(zhí)行,包括客戶審核專項支持、應急事件協(xié)調等綜合事務管理。

Partnered with people leaders to design and execute business-driven
training and employee experience programs, continuously advancing
organizational capability development and shaping company culture by
strengthening core competencies and elevating engagement.
與業(yè)務領導者協(xié)作,共同設計與執(zhí)行業(yè)務導向的培訓及員工體驗項目,通過強化核心能力與提升敬業(yè)度,持續(xù)推動組織能力發(fā)展及企業(yè)文化塑造。
Job Requirements / 任職要求
·
Bachelor's
degree or above in HR, Business Administration or related fields; 5 years of proven HR experience.
本科及以上學歷,人力資源、工商管理等相關專業(yè), 5年以上人力資源經驗。
·
Experience
in an international company is a strong plus and proficient in English.
外企背景優(yōu)先, 英語可作為工作語言。
·
Familiar
with basic HR processes and local labor laws.
熟悉基礎HR流程及當?shù)貏趧臃ㄒ?guī)。
·
Good
communication, coordination and execution skills; attention to detail.
具備良好溝通協(xié)調、執(zhí)行能力及細節(jié)把控力。
·
Proficient
in office software and HR information systems.
熟練使用辦公軟件及HR信息系統(tǒng)。
·
Responsible,
empathetic and strong confidentiality awareness.
工作負責、有同理心,保密意識強。 能熟練使用今日招聘網,招聘號的維護
