崗位職責(zé)

負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)、優(yōu)化與維護(hù)，持續(xù)提升系統(tǒng)對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)的支撐能力。
深入理解業(yè)務(wù)流程和管理要求，參與需求分析、方案設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)測試、上線實(shí)施及后續(xù)優(yōu)化。
負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)庫相關(guān)開發(fā)、SQL 編寫、數(shù)據(jù)處理及問題排查，支持系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行和業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用需求。
參與系統(tǒng)接口開發(fā)與集成工作，保障系統(tǒng)間數(shù)據(jù)交互的準(zhǔn)確性和穩(wěn)定性。
負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)日常技術(shù)維護(hù)，包括問題定位、缺陷修復(fù)、版本發(fā)布及技術(shù)文檔整理。
協(xié)同業(yè)務(wù)部門、內(nèi)部 IT 團(tuán)隊(duì)及外部供應(yīng)商推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施、問題解決及持續(xù)改進(jìn)。

任職要求

本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)、軟件工程、等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
具備 3 年及以上企業(yè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)開發(fā)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
具備較強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)理解能力，能夠獨(dú)立分析需求并轉(zhuǎn)化為系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。
熟練掌握J(rèn)AVA作為主流開發(fā)語言，如具備Python、C# 等為加分項(xiàng)。
熟悉Redis、RocketMQ/RabbitMQ、Kafka等主流中間件的使用和基本原理。
熟悉數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)與應(yīng)用，具備大數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)、數(shù)據(jù)建模、數(shù)據(jù)清洗及報(bào)表開發(fā)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Position Summary
This role supports the company’s digital transformation initiatives and is primarily responsible for the development of internal business applications, database-related work, and day-to-day technical support. The position is expected to ensure timely response to business needs and stable system delivery. Over time, and in line with business priorities, the role may expand to cover system integration, finance-related application development, and AI-enabled solution integration.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain internal business applications to continuously improve system support for business operations.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements, and participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Perform database-related development, SQL scripting, data processing, and troubleshooting to support system operations and business use cases.
