We're looking for an experienced Brake Project Engineer with vehicle-level testing expertise to lead our brake development initiatives in China.

In this role, you will take the lead of brake system projects from conception through validation, serving as the primary technical interface with our OEM customers while collaborating seamlessly with global engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in brake system engineering, proven project leadership capabilities, and the ability to effectively bridge communication between Chinese and international teams.

Support brake development projects from planning through execution, establishing clear timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables while maintaining accountability for project success
Conduct comprehensive vehicle-level brake system testing and validation activities, including performance analysis, brake noise durability assessment, and subjective evaluation.
Serve as the primary technical interface and liaison with Chinese customers, translating requirements, communicating project status, and addressing technical concerns
Coordinate and collaborate with global cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, regulatory affairs, and international engineering centers to ensure seamless project execution
Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting to identify and resolve brake system performance issues and enhance brake system reliability
Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and presentations.
Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements in brake system engineering.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

1 years of professional experience in brake system engineering
Strong knowledge of automotive brake systems (hydraulic, electronic, or regenerative)
Familiarity with automotive safety standards (ISO, SAE, GB standards)
Demonstrated project management experience with ability to organize and prioritize multiple initiatives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong in Mandarin and English language, with excellent communication skills
Experience with technical documentation and report generation
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

Supplier management and vendor coordination experience
Knowledge of Chinese automotive regulations and market requirements
Experience with brake testing equipment and validation procedures
