Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure that administrative processes for the department product—including local production declarations and expense allocation—are robust, properly implemented, and consistently followed.
Ensure that all periodically published financial data related to China department is accurate and reported on time, particularly regarding revenue, local production, and expenses across different product lines.
Coordinate all necessary actions to ensure department services are invoiced accurately and payments are collected in a timely manner.
Develop and monitor financial KPIs.
Strategic analysis and reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Modeling and projections: Develop financial models for projections and future scenarios to support long-term departmental planning.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in auditing, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree or additional relevant certifications will be highly valued.
Advanced English proficiency is required. Additional languages are a plus.
Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Knowledge of internal control frameworks is considered an asset.
