一、項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介introduction of project
01、項(xiàng)目定位
優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵(lì)在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績(jī)的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長(zhǎng)，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
02、申請(qǐng)者條件
1.遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺(jué)踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；
2.出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后；
3.具有博士學(xué)位；
4.研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)等；
5.在取得博士學(xué)位后至2025年4月15日前，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績(jī)特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求；
6.取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/span>
7.申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作并全職回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作不少于3年；
8.申請(qǐng)截止日期為2025年4月15日。
03、加盟后支持政策
l提供學(xué)校事業(yè)編制，聘為教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。
l年收入80萬(wàn)元+（基礎(chǔ)年收入+聘期人才津貼+附屬醫(yī)院互聘教授津貼），另可享受教學(xué)、科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)性績(jī)效津貼（上不封頂）。
l安家費(fèi)和購(gòu)房補(bǔ)貼400萬(wàn)元（免稅），包括學(xué)校一次性補(bǔ)貼及國(guó)家、省、市提供的一次性補(bǔ)貼。
l科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)600萬(wàn)元，包括學(xué)校一次性提供的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)及國(guó)家配套的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)。
l研究生招生指標(biāo)單列名額，博士后招收1-2人/年，可自主招收科研助理。
l根據(jù)工作需要提供充足的辦公環(huán)境和實(shí)驗(yàn)場(chǎng)地。
l免費(fèi)提供人才公寓住房。
l協(xié)助解決子女入學(xué)和配偶工作，子女可就讀江蘇省優(yōu)質(zhì)幼兒園-南醫(yī)大附屬幼兒園。
l享受學(xué)校附屬醫(yī)院提供的三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院就醫(yī)綠色通道及全方位醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)。
l發(fā)放“紫金山英才卡”，可享受機(jī)場(chǎng)高鐵貴賓、家政服務(wù)、地鐵通勤、文旅景點(diǎn)等公共服務(wù)。
l對(duì)于依托我校申報(bào)且進(jìn)入會(huì)評(píng)階段的優(yōu)秀人才，可按照教授級(jí)別待遇優(yōu)先引進(jìn)，具體情況“一人一議”。
二、學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介introduction to nmu
南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)是國(guó)家“雙一流”建設(shè)高校，首批教育部、國(guó)家衛(wèi)生健康委與江蘇省人民政府共建醫(yī)學(xué)院校，江蘇高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)高峰計(jì)劃a類建設(shè)高校。學(xué)校創(chuàng)建于1934年，目前設(shè)有19個(gè)學(xué)院，擁有附屬醫(yī)院、區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心、教學(xué)醫(yī)院、附屬疾控中心等豐富的臨床和公共衛(wèi)生教學(xué)資源。

there are 7 doctor’s degree programs in first-level disciplines, 54 doctor’s degree programs in second-level disciplines, 6 interdisciplinary doctoral programs,6 professionaldoctoral programs; 10 master’s degree programs in first-level disciplines, 65 master’s degree programs in second-level disciplines; there are6 post-doctoral research stations, it offers degrees in 7 disciplines, including medicine, science, engineering, management, law, education and literature.the are 3 national key disciplines, 1 national key (nurturing) discipline, 37 national clinical key specialties, and 6 advantageous disciplines recognized among jiangsu universities (fourth phase).in the latest round of national discipline evaluation, all the disciplines have steady progress.fourteen disciplines are among the top 1% in esi global ranking, among which clinical medicine, pharmacology and toxicology, molecular biology and genetics are among the top 1‰ in esi global ranking.
學(xué)校建有生殖醫(yī)學(xué)與子代健康全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、環(huán)境與人類健康國(guó)際聯(lián)合研究中心、腫瘤個(gè)體化醫(yī)學(xué)省部共建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心等50個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)、省部級(jí)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（工程研究中心、創(chuàng)新中心）。擁有國(guó)內(nèi)一流的醫(yī)學(xué)模擬教育中心和江蘇省醫(yī)藥動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)基地，建有省內(nèi)唯一的省級(jí)衛(wèi)生政策智庫(kù)-江蘇省健康研究院。

學(xué)校建有江寧校區(qū)、五臺(tái)校區(qū)和常州校區(qū)（籌）。江寧校區(qū)位于南京市江寧區(qū)大學(xué)城，占地面積1300畝，是行政、教學(xué)和科研中心。五臺(tái)校區(qū)位于南京市鼓樓區(qū)五臺(tái)山南麓，占地120畝，是臨床教學(xué)和研究中心。

常州校區(qū)由南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)與常州市人民政府共建，校址位于常州市武進(jìn)區(qū)西太湖蘇澳合作園區(qū)內(nèi)，規(guī)劃總占地1000畝。常州校區(qū)是南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)主體校區(qū)之一，實(shí)行與校本部一體化辦學(xué)模式，是學(xué)校深化“新醫(yī)科”復(fù)合型人才培養(yǎng)和構(gòu)筑未來(lái)醫(yī)學(xué)科研高地的重要陣地。校區(qū)內(nèi)將建成醫(yī)工結(jié)合研究院、轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究院、細(xì)胞與基因藥物制備中心、醫(yī)學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)中心、臨床生物樣本庫(kù)中心、醫(yī)學(xué)研究公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)等高水平創(chuàng)新載體。
changzhoucampus is jointly built bynanjingmedicaluniversityand changzhou municipal people's government.the campus is located in the west the taihu lake su'ao cooperation park, wujin district,changzhoucity, with a planned total area of 1000 mu.changzhou campus is one of the main campuses ofnanjingmedicaluniversity, implementing an integrated education model with the main campus.it is an important battlefield for the school to deepen the cultivation of "new medicine" composite talents and build a future medical research highland. high level innovation carriers such as the medical engineering integration research institute, translational medicine research institute, cell and gene drug preparation center, medical big data center, clinical biological sample bank center, and medical research public service platform will be built on the campus.
