一、招聘崗位及待遇

（一）講席教授

諾貝爾獎、菲爾茲獎、圖靈獎等全球頂級獎項獲得者；發(fā)達(dá)國家外籍院士；在海內(nèi)外享有崇高學(xué)術(shù)聲望和影響的大師級學(xué)者。年齡一般不超過65歲，一事一議。

（二）卓越人才

1.基本條件

在海外高水平大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任教授、副教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù)，以及著名跨國公司研發(fā)部門負(fù)責(zé)人，年齡一般不超過55歲。

2.具體待遇

（1）崗位：特聘教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。

（2）薪酬：60-120萬元+有關(guān)獎勵，上不封頂。

（3）安家補(bǔ)貼：200-250萬元（不含國家、地方配套補(bǔ)貼）。提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓，拎包入住。

（4）學(xué)術(shù)啟動經(jīng)費：人文社會科學(xué)50-100萬元，非實驗理科100-200萬元，實驗理、工、醫(yī)科300-500萬元。可根據(jù)需要另行提供大型儀器設(shè)備費。

（三）杰出人才

1.基本條件

在海外高水平大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任副教授、助理教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù)者，年齡一般不超過45歲（人文社科類可放寬至52歲）。

2.具體待遇

（1）崗位：特聘教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。

（2）薪酬：35-60萬元+有關(guān)獎勵，上不封頂。

（3）安家補(bǔ)貼：150-180萬（不含國家、地方配套補(bǔ)貼）。提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓，拎包入住。

（4）學(xué)術(shù)啟動經(jīng)費：人文社會科學(xué)50萬元，非實驗理科60-80萬元，實驗理、工、醫(yī)科80-200萬元?？筛鶕?jù)需要另行提供大型儀器設(shè)備費。

（四）精英人才

1.基本條件

在海外高水平大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任助理教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù)者，年齡一般不超過38歲（人文社科類可放寬至45歲）。

2.具體待遇

（1）崗位：特聘教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。

（2）薪酬：25-35萬元+有關(guān)獎勵，上不封頂。

（3）安家補(bǔ)貼：80-120萬元（不含國家、地方配套補(bǔ)貼）。提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓，拎包入住。

（4）學(xué)術(shù)啟動經(jīng)費：人文社會科學(xué)10萬元，非實驗理科30-60萬元，實驗理、工、醫(yī)科40-80萬元?？筛鶕?jù)需要另行提供大型儀器設(shè)備費。

（五）優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者

1.基本條件

海內(nèi)外高水平大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)秀博士或博士后；在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域具有一定影響力，學(xué)術(shù)研究成果突出，有成為學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人的潛力。年齡一般不超過32歲（人文社科類可放寬至35歲）。

2.具體待遇

（1）崗位：副教授/講師

（2）薪酬：20-30萬元+有關(guān)獎勵，上不封頂。

（3）學(xué)術(shù)啟動經(jīng)費：人文社科一般為10萬元、非實驗性學(xué)科一般為20萬元、實驗性學(xué)科一般為40萬元。

（4）提供必要的辦公條件和場所、過渡性住房。

（六）師資博士后

1.基本條件

符合學(xué)校當(dāng)年教師招聘計劃和條件，符合統(tǒng)招博士后招收條件，年齡一般不超過30歲（人文社科類可放寬至32歲），身心健康。

2.具體待遇

（1）基本年薪：20萬元+有關(guān)獎勵，上不封頂。

（2）獎補(bǔ)金：根據(jù)績效評估結(jié)果按年度發(fā)放?？冃гu估優(yōu)秀者聘期內(nèi)獎補(bǔ)金總額為40萬元，績效評估良好者聘期內(nèi)獎補(bǔ)金總額為20萬元。

（3）其他支持：在站期間獲得國家博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計劃、博士后國際交流計劃引進(jìn)項目、博士后國際交流計劃派出項目、香江學(xué)者計劃、澳門青年學(xué)者計劃、中德博士后交流項目等項目資助的，所獲得的資助補(bǔ)貼不計入學(xué)校的總薪酬，疊加發(fā)放。

二、其他支持措施

（一）人才項目支持

1.優(yōu)先推薦申報江蘇省“雙創(chuàng)計劃”，對入選的雙創(chuàng)人才，三年內(nèi)省級財政給予總共500萬元、300萬元、100萬元或50萬元的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)資金資助；對入選的雙創(chuàng)團(tuán)隊，三年內(nèi)省級財政給予總共300-800萬元的人才經(jīng)費資助；對入選的雙創(chuàng)博士，兩年內(nèi)省級財政給予總共15萬元的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)資金資助。

2.優(yōu)先推薦申報“江蘇特聘教授”，如入選，聘期三年內(nèi)，省級財政給予每人每年12萬元的崗位津貼（免征個人所得稅），對自然科學(xué)類、人文社會科學(xué)類分別提供100萬元（特別優(yōu)秀的提供200萬元）、50萬元的科研經(jīng)費。

3.優(yōu)先推薦申報蘇州市“姑蘇創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人才”（青年領(lǐng)軍人才），如入選，分別給予50萬、100萬、200萬的科技項目經(jīng)費資助；符合條件的，可按照蘇州市“樂居工程”享受拔尖型人才的樂居政策。

（二）個人補(bǔ)貼支持

1.蘇州市“引才補(bǔ)貼”，按照相應(yīng)層次引進(jìn)的高端人才，蘇州市提供引才補(bǔ)貼，入選的人才根據(jù)不同類別最高可分別享受25萬、50萬、250萬。

2.蘇州市“樂居工程”，入選者可享受“樂居租房貼”、“樂居助力貸”。其中，最高可享受8000元/月的“樂居租房貼”；首次使用公積金住房貸款購買首套住房，“樂居助力貸”不受繳存時間限制，按繳存基數(shù)計算可貸額度，貸款額度可放寬至最高限額的4倍。

3.蘇州市“優(yōu)秀人才貢獻(xiàn)獎勵”，貢獻(xiàn)獎勵標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不超過個人上年度年收入所形成的地方財力，且不超過其在蘇購買或租賃汽車、自住住房、辦公用房、參加專業(yè)領(lǐng)域培訓(xùn)及興辦企業(yè)等支出的總額。獎勵總額歷年累計不超過100萬元/人。

4.還可申請?zhí)K州工業(yè)園區(qū)“金雞湖人才計劃”、“薪酬補(bǔ)貼”、獨墅湖科教創(chuàng)新區(qū)“高端人才集聚計劃”等區(qū)級人才計劃。

（三）其他支持

學(xué)校為特聘教授及以上人才提供充足的辦公實驗室用房，支持招聘科研助手組建科研團(tuán)隊，研究生招生指標(biāo)予以政策性傾斜；協(xié)助解決配偶工作及子女入學(xué)，提供附屬醫(yī)院便捷就醫(yī)條件。為外籍教師按規(guī)定參加社會保險或購買商業(yè)醫(yī)療保險。
