Nanjing University is establishing a new,future-orientedSchool of Pharmacy at its Pukou campus in the JiangbeiNew Area,one of China's premier national innovationhubs.Anchored in the University's internationally recognizedstrengths in life sciences,chemistry,and basic medicine,and supported by Jiangsu Province's leading pharmaceuticalecosystem,the school is founded with a clear ambition:to become a world-class center for frontier research andtalent cultivation in pharmacy.

The school is uniquely empowered by two nationalresearch infrastructures:the National Key Laboratoryof Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and the NationalResource Center for Mutant Mice.Together,theyprovide an unparalleled foundation for interdisciplinarycollaboration,fundamental discovery,and efficienttranslational research.

一、學院將重點布局：

1)重大疾病的靶點與原創(chuàng)新分子發(fā)現(xiàn)

利用強大的基礎研究平臺與模式動物資源，深入解析腫瘤、代謝、神經(jīng)等重大疾病的生物學

機制，發(fā)現(xiàn)并驗證革命性藥物靶點，致力于原創(chuàng)性藥物分子（天然藥物、化學藥物、生物大分子及核酸藥物）的智能化發(fā)現(xiàn)與合成。

2）智能藥物設計與先進遞送技術

深度融合人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)與先進材料科學，重塑藥物研發(fā)范式。重點推進基于AI的理性藥物設計、高通量虛擬篩選，以及面向核酸藥物、細胞治療等前沿領域的下一代智能化遞送系統(tǒng)。

3）臨床前評價與轉化研究
