1. 職位概要 Job Summary:
負責跟進公司文化理念的宣傳落地,參與企業(yè)文化體系和項目落地執(zhí)行,協(xié)調(diào)員工關(guān)系促進員工職業(yè)發(fā)展成長,
創(chuàng)建和諧通暢的內(nèi)部溝通渠道,營造具備高度凝聚力的優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化的人員。
Responsible for following up the publicity and implementation of the company's cultural concept, participating in the implementation of the corporate culture system and project, coordinating employee relations to promote the career development and growth of employees,

2. 工作內(nèi)容 Work content:
2.1 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品線實際情況,制定多方位、多渠道、多種形式的企業(yè)文化宣傳方案和途徑;
According to the actual situation of the product line, formulate multi-faceted, multi-channel, multi-form corporate culture publicity programs and channels;
2.2 負責年度活性化活動的策劃、組織、執(zhí)行(具體參考年度活動計劃表);
Responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of annual revitalization activities (refer to the annual activity schedule for details);
2.3 提前籌備選拔公司級文化活動項目參選人;
Prepare in advance to select candidates for company-level cultural activities;
2.4 負責年度企業(yè)文化期刊的策劃與宣傳設(shè)計;
Responsible for the planning and publicity design of the annual corporate culture journal;
2.5 新員工入職期間的關(guān)注;
Attention during the onboarding period of new employees;
2.6 意見箱、企業(yè)微信群內(nèi)員工意見(宣傳、收集、對接責任人確認答復(fù));
Opinions of employees in the comment box and WeChat group of the enterprise (publicity, collection, and confirmation of the reply of the responsible person);
2.7 負責推廣和加強企業(yè)文化建設(shè),組織活動促進員工關(guān)系融洽度、提高員工滿意度;
Responsible for promoting and strengthening the construction of corporate culture, organizing activities to promote employee relations and improve employee satisfaction;
2.8 員工滿意度、休假意向調(diào)查及結(jié)果匯報;
Employee satisfaction, vacation intention survey and result report;
2.9 負責重大節(jié)日福利方案設(shè)計與實施;
Responsible for the design and implementation of major holiday welfare programs;
2.10 獎勵懲處的管理及通報;
Management and notification of rewards and punishments;
2.11 負責企業(yè)文化的線下和線上宣傳工作策劃和實施;
Responsible for the planning and implementation of offline and online publicity of corporate culture;
2.12 負責企業(yè)文化工作年度、季度、月度工作的策劃實施和復(fù)盤總結(jié)優(yōu)化;
Responsible for the planning and implementation of annual, quarterly and monthly work of corporate culture work and the optimization of review and summary;
2.13 執(zhí)行上級臨時交付的任務(wù);
Perform tasks temporarily assigned by superiors;
2.14 依據(jù)ISO9001、IATF16949、ISO14001、ISO45001、QC080000等管理體系要求執(zhí)行。
According to ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, QC080000 and other management system requirements.
3.任職資格 Qualifications:
3.1 基本條件:
Basic conditions:
3.1.1 教育背景:本科或以上學(xué)歷;
Education background: bachelor degree or above;
3.1.2 工作經(jīng)驗:具備一年以上企劃宣傳相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
Work experience: more than one year of relevant work experience in planning and publicity;
