What a typical day looks like:
61 新產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)的工程分析。Engineering analysis for new product quotation.
61 設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品制造過程，包括作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、夾具、工具、材料、檢驗(yàn)和確認(rèn)、包裝、過程控制方法等。Design product manufacturing process, including WI, fixture, tool, material, inspection and verification，package, process control method etc.
61 管理產(chǎn)品工程變更。Manage product engineering changes.
61 負(fù)責(zé)制造工藝改進(jìn)以消除缺陷和客戶投訴。Be responsible for Manufacturing Process Improvements to eliminate defects and customer complaints.
61 持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率。Continuously improve on product quality and production efficiency.
61 通過提供有效的糾正和預(yù)防措施，支持質(zhì)量部門進(jìn)行8D 報(bào)告, 分析和解決質(zhì)量問題和客戶投訴。Support QA for 8D reporting by providing effective corrective and preventive actions, analyze and resolve the quality issues and customer complaints by creative solutions.
61 建立和執(zhí)行生產(chǎn)工藝流程，以達(dá)到***的生產(chǎn)效率。Establish and deploy the manufacturing process flow to achieve the best production efficiency.
61 培養(yǎng)和提高工藝技術(shù)員的能力。Develop and improve the capability of process technician.
61 上級安排的其他工作。Fulfill tasks assigned by supervisor.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 大學(xué)?？苹蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷College degree or above
61 5 年以上工藝工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，EMS 行業(yè)優(yōu)先。At least 5 years Process Engineering experience, preferably in EMS industry.。
61 熟悉精通SMT，波峰焊工藝，了解水洗，組裝等工藝。
61 接受過質(zhì)量體系以及先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量工具和技術(shù)的培訓(xùn)。Be trained on quality systems as well as advanced quality tools and techniques.
61 善于學(xué)習(xí)并使用新技術(shù)和工具，用于制程改良，數(shù)據(jù)分析和報(bào)告技能。Be good at learning new technology and tools used for process improvement, data analysis and reporting skills.
61 英文達(dá)到工作溝通水平Workable English skills.
