Position Summary:
支持招聘、勞動(dòng)關(guān)系、報(bào)表等相關(guān)工作。
Support Labor relationship、 recruitment and reporting related work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)各招聘渠道招聘信息的及時(shí)更新,簡歷篩選,電話溝通,面試及錄取通知準(zhǔn)備;
Ensure timely job ads update on all recruiting channel, and responsible for CV screening, cold call, f2f interview and offer process.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)員工信息,確保數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確、安全和及時(shí)更新。并支持相關(guān)HR系統(tǒng)的上線及維護(hù);
Maintain employee records manually or in HRIS system so that information is accurate, secure and timely updated. Support HRIS system online and maintenance.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)收集、維護(hù)及檢查考勤記錄、加班和假期統(tǒng)計(jì),以及相關(guān)疑問的解答;
Responsible for collecting, maintaining, and checking the attendance records to calculate OT and Leave. Act as key contact window to deal with all OT and leave inquiries.
4. 定期提供人力資源相關(guān)報(bào)告(如:人員統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、組織架構(gòu)等),確保數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確和及時(shí)提交;
Regular HR reporting (HC analysis/organizational chart etc.) and ensure data quality and timely submittal.
5. 員工活動(dòng)相關(guān)工作,包括但不限于:員工畫報(bào)、新員工指南、節(jié)日員工活動(dòng)、員工關(guān)懷等;
Responsible for employee activities, including but not limited to employee pictorials, new - employee guides, festival employee activities, and employee care.
6. 員工培訓(xùn)相關(guān)支持工作;
Provide support for employee training - related work.
7. 員工生命周期相關(guān)支持工作;
Offer support for work related to the employee life cycle.
8. 上級(jí)安排的其他相關(guān)工作。
Other related work assigned by line manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 良好溝通表達(dá)能力;

2. 高度團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
High teamwork spirit.
3. 責(zé)任心和保密意識(shí);
Sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
4. 耐心細(xì)致,注重細(xì)節(jié);
Strong capability of patience and precision.
5. 熟悉使用Office軟件(Excel, Word, PPT);
Proficient in Office Software (Excel, Word, PPT).
6. 英語聽說讀寫流暢。
Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源及相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resource is preferred.
2. 2年以上人事工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解勞動(dòng)法者優(yōu)先;
Over 2 years’ working experience in related HR fields, experienced with labor laws is preferred.
3. 有Success Factor經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Solid experience in HR systems such as SF is preferred.
