Job Description :
1.維護(hù)和跟蹤當(dāng)?shù)鼐W(wǎng)點(diǎn)日常運(yùn)營,并反饋總部
Daily CP operation management and feedback.
2.根據(jù)總部整體網(wǎng)點(diǎn)規(guī)劃,落地執(zhí)行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的開發(fā),關(guān)閉,改善等決策
Implement service network planning, acquisition, exit and improvement policy according HQ CP management strategy.
3.日常輔導(dǎo)網(wǎng)點(diǎn),指導(dǎo)和規(guī)范網(wǎng)點(diǎn)管理工作,達(dá)到BSH要求的網(wǎng)點(diǎn)服務(wù)技能
Daily guiding for CP on service SOP to meet the requirement from BSH HQ.
4.分析、評估及提升網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的服務(wù)績效,持續(xù)提高質(zhì)量和顧客滿意度
Analysis, evaluation and enhance CP service performance, to improve service quality and consumer satisfaction.
5.支持區(qū)域網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的營銷能力提升,推動(dòng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)達(dá)成營收目標(biāo)并獲得更高收益
Improve CP sales and proved necessary support, enhance CP to achieve sales target and gain a higher benefit.
6.反饋網(wǎng)點(diǎn)賦能和培訓(xùn)需求,并協(xié)調(diào)組織培訓(xùn)
Collect training requirement from CP and coordinate training team to implement training.

Job Profile:
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷,至少3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
College and above, at least 3 years working experience.
2.至少1年領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力及項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
At least 1 year Leadership Experience and Project Experience
3.性格外向,能夠調(diào)動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員積極性,激發(fā)凝聚力。
Outgoing personality, able to mobilize the enthusiasm of team members
