As the Operational Excellence Engineer, you will be the primary driver of lean activities within the Yixing factory. This role is critical for closing the gap between demand and capacity by spearheading operational improvements through lean methodologies, directly increasing output and ensuring business continuity. To achieve these objectives, this role will focus on three core areas: leading hands-on lean and continuous improvement projects, conducting detailed process analysis to optimize capacity, and monitoring performance to ensure sustainable gains. This structured approach ensures that improvement activities directly translate into increased productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced production capacity. Given the focus on data-driven process improvement, the ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a background in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
